Our Fees

When you purchase any product or service, value and cost are two of the most important considerations.

That’s why we have a clearly defined service proposition and a straightforward, transparent fee structure:

  • We make no charge for an initial consultation
  • Advice is charged on a fixed fee basis and costs are agreed with you following the initial consultation
  • We provide an ongoing review service which is based on a percentage of investment value (0.5%-1.0%p.a. depending on frequency)

Our fees can be paid directly or we can arrange for them to be taken from a product. Any commissions normally payable can be used to offset our fees or to reduce product charges.

I had a bundle of pensions from various jobs over the past 20 years plus PEPs/ISAs and various other investments that I'd just tucked away in a drawer. I also needed someone I could trust and someone who I felt understood my investment needs and had my best interests at heart. I found Neil to be extremely professional and and have found the ongoing, proactive client servicing to be excellent. I feel I am in safe hands - Mrs S, London
